Omelettes in Bellflower

An omelette at Omega Burgers is a full breakfast on one plate. Eight of the nine omelettes are described the same way: 3 extra-large eggs, hash browns, toast, and jelly. Omelettes are listed on the order page from 7 AM; call to confirm serving times. The Breakfast Specials, by contrast, run 7 to 11 AM, so an omelette is worth a look for a later breakfast after a morning class at Cerritos College or a meal for someone who works nights.

If three eggs is more than you want, the Breakfast Plates use 2 extra-large eggs with the same hash browns, toast, and jelly, and the Egg Burritos wrap 2 eggs in a tortilla instead. Either way the counter on Bellflower Blvd is the same, and so is the outdoor patio.
