Tuna Salad in Bellflower

Omega Burgers makes its own tuna salad, and the Tuna Salad is where you get it on greens instead of on bread: a large portion of homemade tuna salad served on a fresh mixture of iceberg and romaine lettuce, topped with tomatoes.

It is a simple plate: the house tuna salad in a large portion, the iceberg-and-romaine base used on the Omega salads, and tomatoes. No cheese and no dinner roll are listed on this one, which makes it the lightest of the entree salads.

Dressing is your pick from four: homemade 1000 island, ranch, blue cheese, or italian. Italian is the light choice with tuna; ranch is the creamy one.

This is a cold lunch that keeps, which is why it suits a desk at Kaiser Bellflower or a study table near Cerritos College. Ask for the dressing on the side for pickup. If you prefer the same homemade tuna salad in sandwich form, the Tuna Sandwiches page covers that.
