International Bacon Day at Omega Burgers: The Bacon Menu

International Bacon Day is observed on the Saturday before Labor Day, and for a char-broiled burger restaurant it is one of the food holidays that does not need a stretch. The bacon burgers

The Bacon Burger and the Double Bacon Cheeseburger are the center of the bacon menu. Like the rest of the Char-Broiled Burgers, they are served with a quarter-pound charbroiled patty, homemade 1000 Island dressing, onions, shredded lettuce and tomato, with bacon added. The lineup is:

• Bacon Burger: one patty with bacon.
• Double Bacon Burger: two patties with bacon, no cheese.
• Double Bacon Cheeseburger: two patties with bacon and cheese, the biggest bacon burger on the regular menu.

Each one has a combo version: the Bacon Burger Combo, the Bacon Cheeseburger Combo, the Double Bacon Burger Combo and the Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo. The order page describes combos as served with your choice of small fries or a regular salad and a medium soft drink. If you are building an order around the day, the Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo is the most bacon-forward single order on the burger side of the menu.

Bacon in the sandwiches

Two sandwiches in the Sandwiches section are built around bacon:

• The Turkey Club Sandwich has sliced turkey and 3 slices of thick bacon on 3 pieces of toast with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes, served with a side of pickles.
• The B.L.T Sandwich has 4 slices of thick bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on toast with mayonnaise.

Bacon for breakfast

If you would rather celebrate with breakfast, there are four bacon options on the order page:

Adding more bacon

Is there a Bacon Day deal?

Not that the order page shows. This page covers the standing bacon menu rather than a special price or limited-time item. If Omega runs a promotion for the day, it would appear on the order page and on Omega's Google Business Profile, so check there before you order.
