The sandwich list at Omega Burgers is longer than most burger stands bother with, and the bread tells you a lot about each one. The Pastrami Sandwich is a large portion of sliced pastrami on a toasted french roll with mustard and pickles. The Steak Sandwich (8 oz) puts a thick rib-eye on a french roll with homemade 1000 island dressing, lettuce, and tomatoes. The Polish Sausage Sandwich and the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich use the same french roll; the Philly comes with melted cheese and sauteed onions and peppers.

The toast-based sandwiches run from the B.L.T Sandwich with 4 slices of thick bacon to the Turkey Club Sandwich on 3 pieces of toast, the Turkey Sandwich, the Ham Sandwich, and the Tuna Sandwich made with homemade tuna salad. The melts use grilled bread: the Patty Melt Sandwich is a charbroiled quarter-pound patty on grilled rye with 2 slices of american cheese and raw or grilled onions, while the Tuna Melt Sandwich, Turkey Melt Sandwich, Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich and Grilled Cheese Sandwich (3 slices of american cheese) all come on grilled toast.

On a bun, there is the Chicken Breast Sandwich with a marinated 6-ounce breast, the Buffalo Chicken Strip Sandwich, the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, the Fish Sandwich with breaded whiting and homemade tartar sauce, and the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich, which is a breaded, deep-fried hamburger patty.
