Breakfast Specials & Griddle in Bellflower
Breakfast Specials at Omega Burgers are the set plates offered from 7 to 11 AM. The Pancake Special is 2 extra large eggs, 2 pancakes, and 2 bacon or 2 sausages. The French Toast Special is 2 extra-large eggs, 2 slices of french toast, and 2 bacon or 2 sausages. The Hash Brown Special is 2 extra large eggs, hash browns, toast, and jelly. For children there is the Kid's Pancake Special with 1 extra large egg, 1 pancake, and 1 bacon or 1 sausage, and a Kid's French Toast Special. A single Pancake (1 Piece) rounds out the specials list.
After 11 AM the order page lists Late Special versions of these plates instead, so check the name before you order in the afternoon.
The From Our Griddle section carries the Short Stack, the Full Stack, 1 Pancake, French Toast, and Biscuits and Gravy. These are listed on the order page from 7 AM; call to confirm serving times. Pair a Short Stack with a Side of Egg or Side of 2 Bacon from the Side Orders and you have built your own plate. Early risers heading down Bellflower Blvd and Kaiser Permanente Bellflower staff coming off a night shift are the usual crowd at this hour, and the counter opens at 7 AM every day.

Why Omega Burgers Breakfast Specials & Griddle
The specials are plates, not pastries: eggs, pancakes or french toast, and bacon or sausage, with the bacon-or-sausage choice written into the name of each special. Omega Burgers is a family-owned stand that opens at 7 AM seven days a week, with counter service, dine-in, outdoor patio seating, and pickup through the Order Online button for breakfast at home.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time are breakfast specials served?+
From 7 to 11 AM. After 11 AM the order page lists Late Special versions instead.
Can I choose bacon or sausage?+
Yes. The Pancake Special and French Toast Special each list 2 bacon or 2 sausages, and the Kid's Pancake Special lists 1 bacon or 1 sausage.
What is the difference between a Short Stack and a Full Stack?+
Both are pancakes from the griddle section; the Full Stack is the larger order. The order page does not list a pancake count, so ask at the counter if you need the exact number.
Can I get breakfast delivered?+
Delivery within 8 miles of 16310 Bellflower Blvd (Innowi-managed); confirm your address at checkout. Order before 11 AM if you want the specials rather than the Late versions.
